LESSON 7c:  Overloading Functions and Function Templates

Mass Curriculum Standards:

Standard 1: Demonstrate proficiency in the use of computers and applications as well as an understanding of concepts underlying hardware, software, and connectivity.

Standard 2: Demonstrate responsible use of technology and an understanding of ethics and safety issues in using electronic media.

Math Standards

Number Sense/Discrete Mathematics: programs deal with differing number types and bases as well as their finite representation in RAM.

Objectives:

· Students continue to learn how to design and code overloaded functions.

· Up to date students will try to build their own C++ library

Learning Experience

• Students will be sent to their computers to finish up their work in order to start Classes next week

Students will be Assessed on

• Their ability to successfully understand and code function templates.
